Vertical Last one Standing
Die Weltpremiere dieses neuen Formats fand am 12. Juni 2021 statt und findet am 17. Mai 2025 bereits zum fünften Mal statt.
Was bedeutet "Vertical Last one Standing"? Ihr müsst eine 6,5 km lange Runde mit 290 HM jede Stunde (ab der 6. Runde nach 58 min, 7. Runde nach 56 min, 8. Runde nach 54 min usw.) beginnen. Da es sich um sehr viele HM handelt (besonders nach der 10. Runde:-)), haben wir uns entschlossen, dass wir diesen einzigartigen Bewerb "Vertical Last one Standing" nennen. Wir bieten euch nicht die klassische Backyard-Distanz über 6,7 km (wäre auf Grund der HM auch nicht fair), aber bei uns könnt ihr euch so richtig im wunderschönen Purkersdorfer Naturpark austoben und eure mentalen Grenzen ausloten. Aber Achtung: Wir sind gnadenlos zu euch. Wer nur eine Sekunde zu spät zur nächsten Runde antritt, wird sofort aus dem Rennen genommen.
Die jeweiligen Startgelder setzen sich aus Grund- und Anmeldegebühr zusammen:
die ersten 30 Anmeldungen: € 60,-
die zweiten 30 Anmeldungen: € 70,-
die letzten 30 Anmeldungen: € 80,-
Nachnennung vor Ort: € 85,-
ACHTUNG: Das Starterfeld wird auf 90 limitiert.
Anmelderücktritt
Jeder Anmelderücktritt muss per E-Mail ([email protected]) oder eingeschriebenem Brief bekannt gegeben werden. Telefonisch oder per Fax ist eine Rücktrittserklärung nicht möglich. Die Rückerstattung der Anmeldegebühr erfolgt nach folgendem Schema:
Vor dem 31. Dezember 2024 ==> 60 %
1. Jänner – 28. Februar 2025 ==> 50 %
Nach dem 28. Februar 2025 findet keine Rückvergütung mehr statt.
Ab der elften Runde werden € 4,- pro gelaufener Runde in bar vor Ort bezahlt, um damit ein Naturschutzprojekt 2025 im Naturpark Purkersdorf zu unterstützen.
Vertical Last one Standing
The world premiere of this new format took place on June 12, 2021 and will take place on May 17th, 2025 for the fifth time.
What does "Vertical Last one Standing" mean? You have to start an 6.5 km round with 290 altitude every hour ( i.e. 6th round after 58 min, 7th round after 56 min, 8th round after 54 min, etc.). Since there is a lot of altitude (especially after the 10th round :-)), we decided to call this unique competition "Vertical Last One Standing". We don't offer you the classic backyard distance of 6.7 km (would not be fair due to the altitude), but with us you can really let off steam in the beautiful Purkersdorf Nature Park and explore your mental limits. But be careful: We are merciless to you. If you start the next lap just a second too late, you will be taken out of the race immediately.
The registration fee consists of a basic fee and a registration fee:
the first 30 registrations: € 60,-
the second 30 registrations: € 70,-
the last 30 registrations: € 80,-
before the race: € 85, -
ATTENTION: The starting field is limited to 90.
Registration cancellation
Each applicant must be notified by e-mail ([email protected]) or registered letter. By telephone or fax it is not possible to cancel. The application fee is refunded according to the following scheme:
Before December 31st 2024 ==> 60%
1 January - 28 February 2025 ==> 50%
There will be no reimbursement after 28 February 2025.
From the eleventh lap, € 4,- per lap is paid in cash after the race which will be donated to the Naturpark Purkersdorf to support a nature conservation project in 2025.
